C1 düzeyinde bilgi, birden çok niteleyiciyi tek bir isim öbeğinde yoğunlaştırarak sıkıştırılır. Niteleyiciler ismin önünde (premodifiers) ve arkasında (postmodifiers) belirli bir sırada dizilir.

  • Önde: belirteç + sıfat(lar) + isim tamlayıcı → the recent government report
  • Arkada: edat öbeği, ilgi cümleciği, participle → the report on air quality published last week

Örnek yoğun öbek: a widely criticised decision to cut funding for rural schools.

Bu tür öbekler akademik ve gazete dilinde cümleleri kısa tutmayı sağlar; sıra bozulursa anlam bulanıklaşır.
