Non-defining Relative Clauses
Tanımlayıcı olmayan ilgi cümlecikleri, isme ek (zorunlu olmayan) bilgi ekler. Cümleden çıkarılsa da temel anlam bozulmaz. Her zaman virgülle ayrılır.
- My brother, who lives in Izmir, is a doctor.
- The museum, which opened last year, is very popular.
Önemli kurallar:
- Bu cümleciklerde that kullanılmaz (who/whom/which/whose/where/when kullanılır).
- İlgi zamiri atılamaz.
